New Construction Phase Inspections

GBG Inspection offers comprehensive phase inspections for new construction homes. These inspections help identify issues early in the building process, when corrections are easier and less costly.

Phase 1 – Foundation (Pre-Pour) Inspection

Performed before concrete is poured to verify proper foundation setup, rebar placement, plumbing lines, and site preparation.

Phase 2 – Pre-Drywall Inspection

Completed before drywall installation to inspect framing, electrical wiring, plumbing, HVAC systems, and insulation.

Phase 3 – Final Inspection

Conducted once construction is complete to review workmanship, safety items, doors and windows, electrical outlets, plumbing fixtures, HVAC operation, and overall condition.
